Each of our products is specially handcrafted and customized according to your order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been confirmed.

We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before placing your purchase, including sizing, colors, and personalization requests. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Exceptions are made only under the following circumstances:

• If your order is lost or not delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If your item arrives defective or damaged upon receipt.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
